- I am looking to buy a property in Spain
The first thing you need to decide is the area of Spain you would be interested in.
Because areas in Spain can be very different depending upon what type of property you are looking for. Is it for investment, to rent or for your own personal use is the first question to ask yourself.
- What will it cost?
Obviously that depends upon the property, as prices can vary immensely. We cover a vast range of properties, so the first thing for you to decide upon is your budget.
- What legal requirements are there?
You will need to take advice from a solicitor. We have a Spanish speaking solicitor available at our offices and we can also provide financial advise and mortgage advice - just call to arrange an appointment.
- What about getting a mortgage?
Once again we can arrange a mortgage through our office. Normally you would be allowed upto 60% of the cost of your property.
