The Liverpool based Exchange Estates is the property management company John and Nora Staunton started up in Liverpool in the 1980's. It is a family run business into which their youngest daughter Colleen has joined, to help run the Homes Abroad section. 290 Aigburth Road now houses are new showroom for homes abroad which we would like to welcome you to call in. Our offices are on the main road from John Lennon Airport to the city centre at 290 Aigburth Road. 292 Aigburth Road has three floors providing offices for Michael Greaves Charted Accountant and Marcus Bemrose Solicitors.
We now specialise in interest only mortgages in Spain In all the areas we deal in we only deal with agents we have met, been to their offices, and seen all their credentials.
